All staff are checked with a Fully enhanced CRB (Criminal records Bureau).
We take three references and two must be from their previous employments.
These are then checked and verified.
We always speak to previous employers to check that a member of staff joining our team of cleaners will be capable of carrying out their duties to our high standards.
The very nature that they are employed PAYE on a full time salary basis and not just part time, cash in hand means they have a commitment to what they are doing.
